Edward de Valle is the son of Maria Cristina Noya and Edward de Valle. Yes his father shares his name with the younger Edward. Edward de Valle has a family history of people who have always aspired to be the best wherever they were. It was no surprise then that he carried the same through his great grandfather who was the owner of the largest newspaper in Cuba and his grandfather who was a businessman too. Edward de Valle’s father is also a highly successful businessman in the construction industry.

It would be unfair not to mention Edward de Valle’s mother who had made a mark in the education field. Edward de Valle’s mother says about him that business was his main goal and pursuit of excellence his aim. Edward de Valle’s mother also says about him that he is a very perseverant individual just like herself. It is this ability of Edward de Valle to face challenges with fervor that has seen him rise to successful positions today.

Edward de Valle’s first job as a Marketing Manager was for GE Power Systems for Latin America. At GE he went through the Six Sigma training which was made well known by Jack Welch, the CEO of GE. Edward de Valle achieved a Black belt level certification for the Six Sigma program.

Later as Edward de Valle was interested in the media business, he transitioned as the Director of Sales for group publisher, Ideas Publishing Group. IPG is a Miami-based group that publishes Spanish-language editions of major American magazines like Newsweek, Vogue, Glamour, Discover, Men’s Fitness, Prevention, Teen, & Architectural Digest for US Hispanic/ Latin America.
